The graph is exactly the tool that allows you to visualize the process with the combination of tasks into one logical chain to achieve the set goal, which was previously stored “in the head” of each specialist, but, unfortunately, was not in any way consolidated with the heads of other design participants.

In addition to high-quality planning, which is the key to optimal work performance, the manager must carefully monitor the implementation of the task exchange block during the project implementation and provide all the necessary information to meet the deadlines.
